Eric Smith (Host) is a literary agent and an award-winning Young Adult author from Elizabeth, New Jersey. As an agent with P.S. Literary, he’s worked on New York Times bestselling and award-winning books. An author of eleven books for teen readers, his recent novels include Jagged Little Pill: The Novel (Abrams, 2022) with Alanis Morissette, Diablo Cody, and Glen Ballard, and the Junior Library Guild honoree With or Without You (Inkyard Press, 2023). He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and son, and enjoys video games, pop punk, and crying over every movie. His literary rival is H.P. Lovecraft.

Chris Urie is tech consultant, editor, and maker of all sorts of things. He's hosted numerous literary events, worked as a slush reader for Clarkesworld Magazine, and interviewed many incredible authors. He lives in Philadelphia where he spends his time thinking up stories, banging on instruments, and fussing with cameras. His literary rival is Eric Smith.
